Transcripts

To request your final transcript to send to your post-secondary choice, please visit the front office for a printed copy of the Transcript Request Form.  Most in-state transcripts are sent electronically and will need the campus you are attending.  Paper transcripts will need the complete mailing address of the school location.  The completed form should be sent to cruzl@pcsb.org

Unofficial transcripts which are sent to colleges during the application process are available using the same process stated above.
